Golfboy SlabIn and Swing Tracer adopted at the Earth Mondahmin Cup
Golfboy SlabIn and Swing Tracer were adopted at the JLPGA Earth Mondahmin Cup, held June 20–23 at Camellia Hills Country Club in Chiba.
Golfboy Swing Tracer automatically recognizes the clubhead of a driver or iron in broadcast footage and overlays its path as a smooth CG curve. The software is based on technology developed for the Golfboy iOS app.
It can process live input such as 4× and 8× slow-motion footage, generating trajectory graphics with a delay roughly equal to the duration of the swing.
